Carole was so committed to serving those around her and touched the lives of such a wide variety of people of all ages. I will never forget the numerous times I found myself in the kitchen helping her to produce Harvest and Christmas lunches, food for church events and meals for the young people at Soul Survivor. From chaos Carole never failed to produce wonderful feasts to feed and bless the seniors, young people and families! My best memories are of down times with Carole and Bev, eating slices of cake in the Soul Survivor Cafe and with Lyn and Carole dancing to live music at New Wine. Your smile, humour and caring attitude will be much missed, Carole. Xxx
